How to use the electoral map maker

Every state starts from the 2024 result, with the seven swing states left as toss-ups. Click a state once to make it Safe Democratic, again for Lean Democratic, then Toss-up, Lean Republican, Safe Republican and back to blank. The totals at the top count safe and lean states together, and the bar marks the 270 votes needed to win.
